I am Sofia Quintanilla, a current undergraduate student at Creighton University studing Exercise Science and Pre-Health Professions. I hope to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy after graduating in May 2026. Research that I am currently involved with looks to determine the effects of a 12-week HIIT protocol on older adults.
