My name is Michael ward and I just graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Exercise Science. I will be getting my CSCS certification at the end of the month. I also got accepted to the Exercise Science masters program at Alabama and will be attending Fall 2026. I was also a student athlete, playing for the Alabama Lacrosse team for 3 years.
