My name is James Tice and I am a current masters student (Health Sciences: Sports Science and Performance Specialization) at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO. I have a B.S. in Exercise Science. I am also a research assistant in the Exercise and Performance Nutrition Lab at LU. This is my first time going to the NSCA National Conference! My interests are sports nutrition, body composition, supplementation, and strength and conditioning specificially olympic weightlifting.
