Riccardo Romersi, MSEd, CSCS is a first year PhD student at the University of South Carolina. He earned his master’s degree at the University of Miami, where he aided in athlete monitoring for various Olympic sports under the guidance of Dr. Bryan Mann and interned with the Women’s Swimming and Diving Team. Following his graduation, he worked as an assistant triathlon coach for one of the top ten collegiate club triathlon programs in the country. He is now a part of the Sport Science Lab at the University of South Carolina, where he helps to conduct research related to the impacts of nutritional and training-based interventions on athletes and tactical populations under the mentorship of Dr. Shawn Arent.
