I'm April Krywe a current undergraduate at Creighton University majoring in Exercise Science and Pre-Health Professions. I hope to pursue a doctorate in exercise physiology following graduation in the fall of 2026. My current research aims to determine changes in myokine secretion and inflammatory markers from vastus lateralis tissue following high-intensity interval training in older adults.
