Alec Morris, B.S., is a Graduate Student in the Human Performance Analytics program at Winona State University. His academic and research interests include reaction time training, sports performance optimization, and data-driven approaches to athlete development. Alec's current research investigates the effects of reaction time training on speed and accuracy in collegiate baseball players. He is passionate about integrating evidence-based strategies into strength and conditioning practices to enhance sport-specific performance.
