Hunter Haynes is a committed Instructor and aspiring researcher with a passion for advancing strength and conditioning practices. As a current faculty member in the School of Kinesiology & Nutrition and current PhD student at the University of Southern Mississippi, Hunter focuses on flywheel resistance training, athlete monitoring, and training programs for tactical populations to empower athletes, coaches, and fitness professionals. Hunter is committed to advancing knowledge and fostering innovation to help contribute to the continued evolution of strength and conditioning within the NSCA community.
