Kayla Perez, B.S., is the Assistant Director of Performance and Safety at the Korey Stringer Institute and a Graduate Assistant at the University of Connecticut, where she is pursuing her Master’s in Kinesiology. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University, where she was a Division I student-athlete. Her academic and professional interests include applied sports science, wearable technology, and strength and conditioning. She is especially passionate about using data-driven strategies to support athlete health and performance.
