Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant
Oklahoma State University
My name is Coleman Honea (MS, CSCS, CPT), and I just finished my Master's degree at Oklahoma State University where I will continue on to my PhD in the fall. I have been a personal trainer and strength coach in various capacities for several years. I currently work in the Human Performance laboratory at OSU focusing on intensity specific responses to fatiguing exercise bouts. At this conference I will be speaking on a study where we evaluted the intensity-duration model during dynamic constant load external resistance exercise to predict critical load using two groups of intensities. I am excited for this opportunity to share new ideas within physiological exercise intensity domain research to further the field of exercise science.
