My name is Amanda Ehrlich, I recieved my Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Saginaw Valley State University where I played 4 years of college golf, and am now a Graduate Research Assistant at Oklahoma State University pursuing my Master's degree in Health and Human Performance. Additionally I have my Level 1 Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Fitness Certification. My academic and professional interests focus on optimizing athletic performance, with a special emphasis on golf performance and implementing research-driven training strategies to keep athletes performing better for longer.
