Kaitlyn Lyons MS, CSCS, EP is a PhD student from the University of Central Flroida. She investigates how pain perception in individuals with low back pain after resistance exercise can be affected by different phenotypic profiles. The influence of biological, clinical, and psychological characteristics were investiagated with the aim of creating more individualized rehabilitation plans for individuals with low back pain.
