Jason C. Casey, Ph.D., CSCS,*D is an Associate Professor of Exercise Science at Metropolitan State University of Denver. He completed his Ph.D. in Human Performance at The University of Alabama in 2016. He has over 10 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer. In addition to the general population, he has primarily worked with professional, collegiate, strength based, and high intensity sport athletes. Jason’s research interests include: physiological responses and training modalities specific to non-traditional sport activities, acute interventions to enhance performance and recovery, measurement and evaluation challenges within wellness or performance settings, and logitudinal monitoring of athletes.
