Danielle Sterner, Ph.D.(c), CSCS, is a graduate teaching associate at the University of Central Florida. She is from Hanover, PA, and graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania (2019) with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (2022) with a master's degree in Exercise Physiology. Classes she has taught include: Anatomy & Physiology Lab I & II, Exercise Physiology Lab, Exercise Testing Lab, Resistance Training Lab, and Motor Learning & Development. Danielle’s research interests involve improving human performance through training interventions, supplementation, and body composition, and the relationships between fatigue thresholds and metabolic responses during exercise.
