Jadyn Small, BS, CPT, is a dedicated Master's student at the University of Tampa, specializing in exercise science and nutrition. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health with a concentration in Physical Therapy, Jadyn brings a robust academic and practical background to the field. With seven years of competitive powerlifting experience, he has firsthand knowledge of the intricacies of strength development. Jadyn's athletic prowess extends to international rugby, having proudly represented their country on the U19 national team. Their professional experience includes serving as a Sports Science Assistant, utilizing Catapult technology to optimize performance for the university's women's soccer team. Additionally, Jadyn has contributed significantly as a strength coach for both the university's track and golf teams, demonstrating versatility and expertise across diverse athletic disciplines.
