Caralynn Doese is a CrossFit Level-1 trainer and an undergraduate student at Kennesaw State University. Currently a researcher with KSU’s Summer Undergraduate Research Program, Caralynn is passionate about transforming lives through functional fitness. Guided by evidence-based training, she empowers clients to achieve strength, mobility, and confidence tailored to their individual goals.
Caralynn’s mission is to create sustainable, positive change, whether helping someone recover from injury, gain athletic performance, or build everyday resilience. Through her coaching and research, she’s building a bridge between science and real-world results, ensuring every program is grounded in knowledge, safety, and measurable progress.
