Tanner Martin, ACSM-EP is a Student Researcher with a B.S in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University. Building on a strong foundation in applied physiology and health science, Martin will begin his M.S in Exercise Science in the Fall and will continue with Graduate Research. His is research focuses on effectiveness of Variablility Measures in relation to pacing strategies during HIFT workouts. He is a new member of the NSCA starting in 2025. As a first-time attendee at the NSCA National Conference, he looks forward to engaging with professionals and expanding his knowledge as he prepares for a possible career in research or clinical settings.
