Gabrielle DelBiondo is currently a Master’s student in Exercise Physiology at UNC Chapel Hill and a Graduate Research Assistant in the Applied Physiology Lab. Her research interests center around female physiology, nutrition, and metabolism. Currently, her roles include leading data collection for clinical trials, developing research protocols, and analyzing data. Gabrielle has 3 published peer-reviewed manuscripts and 18 peer-reviewed abstracts from regional and national conferences. Prior to starting her master's degree, Gabrielle worked as a Clinical Research Specialist managing FDA-regulated randomized controlled trials in orthopaedic trauma, joint replacement, and sports medicine. She is passionate about translating scientific findings into practical strategies that support and empower women’s health.
