Kevan Knowles, BS, CSCS, is a master's student at the University of Central Florida working under the direction of Dr. Matt Stock in the Cognition, Neuroplasticity, and Sarcopenia laboratory. His work explores the effects of strength training among older adults and how various protocols affect indices of various measures of muscle quality, strength, and size.
