Jiahao Yang, MPE, NSCA-CSCS, is a PhD candidate in Exercise and Sports Science and a member of the Strength and Power Research Group at Edith Cowan University. His research interests include the acute responses and chronic adaptations to accentuated eccentric loading during resistance training, as well as strength and power assessment and development.
