Dr. Guillermo Escalante, DSc, MBA, ATC, CSCS, FISSN: Dr. Escalante is currently an Associate Dean and Professor of Kinesiology for the College of Natural Sciences at California State University, San Bernardino. He is an expert in the areas of physique science, sports nutrition, and sports medicine and regularly presents his work at regional, national, and international conferences. He has published over 80 articles or abstracts in the fields of exercise science, sports nutrition, and sports medicine and over 58 articles in mainstream media such as Muscle & Fitness, Muscular Development, and Bodybuilding.com. Dr. Escalante currently serves as an associate editor for the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, a scientific advisor for the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Vice-President of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, and is a member of the NSCA Bodybuilding & Fitness Special Interest Group Exectuive Council.
