Liz Perrero, MS, LAT, ATC is currently a PhD student at The University of Kentucky studying Rehabilitation and Health Sciences and works in the Sports Medicine and Research Institute. Her background in athletic training, health and human performance, and teaching yoga has fostered a unique approach to optimizing human movement and performance. Though Liz's niche is within the track and field community, she has diverse experience working with spinal cord injuries, novel modality interventions, and military populations as well. Her current research is focused on job task demands of special operations support staff in the military.
